Alicja is the "Mary Poppins" of Virtual Assistance! Ski 2 Freedom Foundation, a small but dynamic UK charity dedicated to promoting and inspiring people with the empowering and life-changing benefits of winter activities in the mountains and required much needed help with digital marketing and strategy implementation. Alicja runs all of the client contact, back office administration and HR function for SnowPros Ski School. We are a ski school based here in Switzerland and Alicja does all of this remotely. I started working with Alicja because I needed to concentrate on the main parts of my business ie. Skiing and organising the schedule and I didn't have any time to deal with client email and other correspondence. This was 2 years ago. Since then, I have further expanded her role within the business because I wanted to make each business unit semi autonomous. I tasked Alicja with coming up with a new back office database system which was completely delegated to Alicja to make sure we have the right software and that it worked for us. I also completely delegated anything to do with HR apart from physically interviewing the new staff, so she handles all of the on boarding. The third new thing this year was much more autonomy in dealing with clients and rebooking them in for lessons. Furthermore, over this coming summer and into winter I will be expanding Alicja's role to to find a way of linking said new database into the new diary system. This is working well so far. Alicja saves me time and gives me peace of mind that she will deal with our clients in a professional way. I trust her and her ability to come up with great ideas and execute them. Alicja has become a valuable and extremely competent part of our team. I literally have no idea what I would do without her.
Alicja has been my Assistant for several months now, and I am delighted with her help. The thing I like the most is her willingness to tackle new tasks and to think outside the box. Of course, her ability to perform administrative tasks is also brilliant, but what I highlight is her ability to add help (suggestions, ideas) when it is needed. Alicja is a very skilled in Microsoft Word and helped Fleet Rotary Business Partners produce their Spring 2019 Newsletter so we could send out to the business community details of our current projects. Alicja has very successfully run the reservations process for our French flat for several years, dealing with all the bookings and payments in multiple languages and currencies. She has also arranged a number of renovations, repairs and upgrades with local craftsmen and contractors during our ownership. Her expertise in various foreign languages is obviously an asset, but she also comprehends the merits and pitfalls of contracts and purchasing both over the phone and by email.

Alicja interpreted my brief perfectly, executed the tasks I required of her really efficiently and reported back to me succinctly and even sooner than I had anticipated. For someone who is time precious at work, using Alicja's skill set allowed me to stay on top of my daily schedule and workload. Alicja is brilliant, and I am not sure how we would have been so successful the last three years without her. Having joined Quantum on a temporary contract as installation co-ordinator Alicia quickly processed to a permanent position, over time gaining Prince 2 certification to become a project manager and manage large projects across Europe.
